How to prepare Green Tea

There are many ways people prepare green tea. 
Below steps are most authentic way of green tea for getting the complete health benefits of it.
  1. Take a clean fresh mineral water - 1 cup
  2. Boil the water until first bubble comes out. (Don't overboil it). Switch off the heat when water is just under boil.(When bubbles start rising)
  3. Add 2 grams of green tea - and steep for 5 minutes.(Brewing)
  4. Now your Green tea is ready to drink.
Note:
  1. Green tea is best when consumed without Milk & Sugar
  2. However honey and lemon can be added for taste
  3. For Ice Tea, cool the green tea liquor - add ice cubes or refrigerate.

Health tips:
  1. Consume green tea - ONLY after food and NOT in empty stomach.
  2. Consume only 1 cup of green tea at a time.
